LEADER'S PERSPECTIVE

Rebuilding our church, means understanding the state of where those who serve with us are at through the power of the Spirit. It means digging deep into what our stewards truly think of their Church and know where we have fallen short to serve and nurture them. It may even mean surprising them with our passion to pursue them in spite of their doubts in our authority and love.
